GPA are excited to be recruiting a full-time Social Prescribing Link Worker to work within our SPRING team. Part time hours will be considered.
As a SPRING Social Prescribing Link Worker, your role involves initiating client contact, conducting goal-setting sessions, facilitating wellbeing groups to build community, and promoting community engagement to empower individuals in their health journey.
